D. of the 85th Ohio Infantry, enlisted on 6/6/1862, and was discharged on 9/23/1862, "mustered out with company"; the Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System database, <http://www.itd.nps.gov/cwss/soldiers.htm>, includes no "A. H. Brice" but does include a "Henry Brice" who served as a private in Co. D. of the 85th Ohio Infantry.
