Nesbitt, volunteer Lorain County coordinator for the National Graves Registration Project of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, he served as a private in Co. A of the 27th U.S. Colored Infantry, enlisted on 1/7/1864, and "died at Camp Delaware, Oh." His name is on Oberlin's Soldiers' Monument. Reburial, presumably.
