Biographical Information

According to Burton W. Nesbitt, volunteer Lorain County coordinator for the National Graves Registration Project of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, he served as a private in Co. C of the 7th Ohio Infantry, enlisted on 4/25/1861, and was discharged on 8/18/1861.
