She is on the Westwood map but not the printout. The printout has "Ed Bell" in this grave, with no date or sex. On p. 136 of the Westwood Lot Book "Mrs. Ed" was crossed out and "NR" Not Recorded was added. Presumably, "Charles E." and "Ed" were the same person, and Willnettie was his wife.
